The .exe for DL does no install and runs without them.
The Clock is without frame, transparent background...only the round dial
Thanks a lot to MaxChizzen for making the flashfile!
I have made a little standalone-file that put this Clock on Desktop in 200 x 200 pix.
The Clock can moved with holding left mousebutton on every position and with right mousebutton
a menu appear for options like always on top.
